Overall, very good service. The guy who sent me the video demonstrating the fault was excellent. If they say they will wash and hoover the car, I don't think they should tell you it's ready until this has been completed. That's my only issue.

Our liaison (Stu) was friendly, excellent at keeping us informed of progress and expectation management, and did his best to be helpful. He couldn't offer us a means to be reunited with our car but this did not seem to be his fault.

They had my car for almost 2 weeks before any progress fixing its issues. Communication was poor and it took me visiting the dealership in person and speaking to service manager before anything got done. He was great btw. Abbie sadly wasn't.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, when asked for some technical advice rather than muddle through the service assistant requested the mechanic to explain in detail. Also the centre made it easy and comfortable for me to continue working

In addition to the point above, I was told that brakes that squeal badly at low speed was apparently "normal" on an £85,000 car and hence not something that the dealer would even attempt to fix. The car has only done 19,000 miles. Outrageous

Usually the level of work completed is always good. However , when I agreed for the technicians to wash my car I didn't expect smeary windows, and for my drivers side cream carpet to have a greasy black footprint on it .

Service and MOT done perfectly. Had to have new tyres which again was done and a nice easy experience. Was a problem with valves on one of the tyres but I brought my car back in and it was sorted. Abby was very helpful and made sure everything was ok

Whilst I received outstanding service you need to consider your pricing strategy on replacement tyres as I was able to purchase and have fitted a new tyre £90,00 lower than the quoted cost from yourselves.
