Overall, very good service. The guy who sent me the video demonstrating the fault was excellent. If they say they will wash and hoover the car, I don't think they should tell you it's ready until this has been completed. That's my only issue.

Our liaison (Stu) was friendly, excellent at keeping us informed of progress and expectation management, and did his best to be helpful. He couldn't offer us a means to be reunited with our car but this did not seem to be his fault.

They had my car for almost 2 weeks before any progress fixing its issues. Communication was poor and it took me visiting the dealership in person and speaking to service manager before anything got done. He was great btw. Abbie sadly wasn't.
