Service and MOT done perfectly. Had to have new tyres which again was done and a nice easy experience. Was a problem with valves on one of the tyres but I brought my car back in and it was sorted. Abby was very helpful and made sure everything was ok

The only negative was (my fault) that I didn't realise I needed to book a timed slot rather than a time to take my car in for service. This made it a very long day waiting for my car to be ready.,

Whilst I received outstanding service you need to consider your pricing strategy on replacement tyres as I was able to purchase and have fitted a new tyre £90,00 lower than the quoted cost from yourselves.

The issue was fixed swiftly. My wife was dropped off by staff, coffee in hand, once she'd taken the car to Sytner. The car was washed and valeted too.

See above. The whole experience was terrible and the dealer's agent who handed the vehicle back was rude when I complained about the lack of vacuuming. I didn't know about the advisories or dent until I got home.

Very poor service, not fix the problem, no future advise how to deal with problem, not even clean computer errors. I get more advise in independent garage where I need to pay for diagnostic, they show me 8 coding errors in computer just day after BMW

Great work that was done, however I did ask for the possibility of performing an engine vacuum test, trough I was told they didn't have that facility. Given this is a standard test to check the engine vacuum, I'm surprised you guys don't have one.
