Once we had placed our order Courtney Cook dealt with us and she was excellent. She kept us well informed at regular intervals all along the way. At the hand over she was patient explaining the controls, we could not have asked for more.

Great work that was done, however I did ask for the possibility of performing an engine vacuum test, trough I was told they didn't have that facility. Given this is a standard test to check the engine vacuum, I'm surprised you guys don't have one.

Fairly satisfied. When I reviewed the vehicle inspection notes, it states that bonnet struts required out of date. This wasn't referenced, so I am not sure what action to take. Could someone drop me a line on mark.davies@mjdconsulting.co.uk on this.

Having to turn all my safety functions off because the lane departure system doesn't work properly is poor for a brand that prides itself on engineering. Furthermore to say the charging station is ok to get hot when it didn't in the loan bmw unaccept

Not satisfied. I had only just had my 520d fully serviced and motd on 3 yrs old.500 miles and a few weeks later engine management light came on.I was very concerned as this was fully maintained and very low mileage car as new condition.dissatisfied

Poor sound quality video. No sheet detailing tyre tread depths provided - 30k on the front tyres must mean they are close to change. Apparent test drive for knocking noises seems to show in app at 3 mins / 0.7 miles??

Very poor - if you think I'm being unreasonable, then pull the file for PL24FTU and look at the chronology of the fault, my unanswered messages, my aborted visits having specifically asked that they confirm the parts are in before my arrival.
