My car was in for a recall service job. All had been completed as planned, however, the car had received a small dent in the wing. Probably a car door opened on it. BMW has agreed to make good at no cost which I am happy with. Almost 5 stars.

Vehicle had 2 new rear tyres to pass MOT test, when I booked the car in it was for 0800, vehicle not worked on until in the mid afternoon, I would have preferred to have had car for the half day instead of no car all day.

I was informed that a replacement battery for my F36 Coupe would cost £316.52, but during installation I was told that a software update was needed at an additional cost of £125. This was unfortunate but Samantha Wright kept me well informed.

My misaligned bonnet was fixed but the mechanic failed to carry out a full post repair inspection as the bonnet seal was badly protruding on the nsf and looks unsightly. Needs fixing under warranty asap

Easy to book car in (for small service + MOT plus recall issues on heat exchanger and airbag). All dealt with efficiently. Tyre identified as needing changing soon, so quickly booked in for that by the very efficient Samantha Wright.
