Overall service was good.

To try and fix the problem required me to gamble on whether doing a complete software update would fix it. It also might not but I had to make the call. Basically I lost and the Dealer didn't take the risk!

The work carried out at worcestet was good but the lead up to it was poor .This was not Worcester service dept.

Whilst I was entirely satisfied with the service received relating to the vehicle inspection and warranty repair of the seatbelt, I also requested that the March24 service was updated on the vehicle (due to ongoing reminders), which was not completed
