When I booked the waiting appointment I was told the service should take 90 minutes, but allow 2 hours. I arrived with time to spare for my 12.30pm appointment. The car should have been ready at 2.30pm, but I wasn't given the keys until 4.00pm.

The service & collection great, but dropping off car excessive 45 min. 2 in after but seen before me, told you were busy & queuing? When collecting elect courtesy car was only partly charged hence the wait - if I had been told I would understand.

Stuart the advisor was very good as was the receptionist who kept reassuring us that we were not forgotten whole waiting.there always seem to be so many staff yet only a few who actually are customer facing. There are 6 service desks yet on 3 manned

On arriving home after collection of my car from the garage I discovered one of the car's badges in the door pocket. This had been blown off during valeting. It should have been refitted. I will do it myself as it is quite a distance to the garage

Vehicle was dropped off at 8.00am for a steering wheel replacement. Expected the car to be ready on the evening, but wasn't available until the following morning for a one hour job.

Car put in with the correct rear pressures of 3.0 bar returned with pressures of 2.6 NSR and 2.7 OSR ie car gave warning sign and because it was 1800hrs had to top uat my next convenience elsewhere and not at the dealership

As mentioned, Abigail was brilliant. But I had to come in to get that service. I'm still annoyed that the parking sensors can't be sorted under warranty. Sensors being hit by stones under normal driving conditions breaking them is a design fault.

Service, EGR replacement and MOT carried out satisfactorily. However, I purchased my car in Sep 2023 from Rybrook in Shrewsbury and was advised that MOTs were FOC at any Rybrook dealership, so I think this should have been honoured by Sytner.

I was well informed on arrival and during my visit what was happening with the car and how long it would likely take. Able to watch TV at the dealers whilst doing some craft work. Refreshments readily available biscuits could be better though.

Car booked in as soon as possible. When more work needed Ryan was helpful and able to be flexible so we came up with a plan. While waiting for work to be done I had my 3mth old baby and the facilities were surprisingly good making it stress free.

I cannot fault Stuart the service advisor. But, I had to wait 25 minutes when I arrived because the greetings lady did not inform Stuart I was waiting. I couldn't agree to book in online because the work description did not mention the EGR cooler.
