Rybrook Worcester and the salesman Subaan Baig were helpful and sourced the car i wanted quickly. Nice experience collecting the car with the unveiling of the car in the showroom and being shown around the car.

In addition to poor service, upon a courtesy car being arranged due to not having the parts I challenged items such as excess and was told the standard would be waived, a flat out lie they had to own up to when I signed and crossed it out.

When I purchased the car from the previous franchise holders, Rybrook Worcester, included in the deal was "MOT Test - free for life". Unfortunately, Sytner, who have recently taken over this dealership, have reneged on that agreement.

The service engineer completed the job requested - waiting time was rather long considering this job was all about checking an ev-charger cable which I suspected was faulty.

Settings within my car were changed whilst the car was in the workshop like the central locking preferences. My driver door window needed to be repaired due to the cable snapping that secures the glass into the seal when locking and unlocking
