The service & collection great, but dropping off car excessive 45 min. 2 in after but seen before me, told you were busy & queuing? When collecting elect courtesy car was only partly charged hence the wait - if I had been told I would understand.

Stuart the advisor was very good as was the receptionist who kept reassuring us that we were not forgotten whole waiting.there always seem to be so many staff yet only a few who actually are customer facing. There are 6 service desks yet on 3 manned

On arriving home after collection of my car from the garage I discovered one of the car's badges in the door pocket. This had been blown off during valeting. It should have been refitted. I will do it myself as it is quite a distance to the garage

Booking centre didn't know which dealership I'd rung. Checking in online the day before? It was a pain and seemed unnecessary. Just wanted to ring the garage, book it and bring it in. Face to face, the staff at Worcester were great.
