Very poor - if you think I'm being unreasonable, then pull the file for PL24FTU and look at the chronology of the fault, my unanswered messages, my aborted visits having specifically asked that they confirm the parts are in before my arrival.

Poor sound quality video. No sheet detailing tyre tread depths provided - 30k on the front tyres must mean they are close to change. Apparent test drive for knocking noises seems to show in app at 3 mins / 0.7 miles??

My car was in for a recall service job. All had been completed as planned, however, the car had received a small dent in the wing. Probably a car door opened on it. BMW has agreed to make good at no cost which I am happy with. Almost 5 stars.

I was informed that a replacement battery for my F36 Coupe would cost £316.52, but during installation I was told that a software update was needed at an additional cost of £125. This was unfortunate but Samantha Wright kept me well informed.
