I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Stuart. I hadn't booked a waiting appointment, however my circumstances had changed on the day. I went for a walk, Stuart rang me at 9am, car was on the ramp, and at 11am car was ready.

Well there has been issues with recall they have the part then they didn't , I was hoping for it to be done on the service but that didn't happen , I asked for new wiper blades to be fitted that also didn't happen so not the best experience.

Absolutely shocking. The person who dod the health check needs retraining. He said the car had 3 Bridgestone tyres and one other. He alsaid they were run flat tyres. I can assure you they are not run flats at all. Also was told oil level was OK.

I did post on trust pilot about the booking an appt slot (10.30) but then on arrival being told i couldnt wait as you didnt know when you would actually do the work. I had to reschedule my day as a result. I could have dropped off 8am & left it !!

I called BMW Worcester to book my car in for a service. There is no way I could talk to a person. I had to leave a message, then they would call me back. This is not a personal service at all.

The Sales/Service REP was very good. The issue I am having is my car got a 'everything is good report' and then whole under-tray falls off after a motorway commute. I strongly suspect this is linked to my under oil change I had here, DANGEROUS!!!
