had to wait 15minutes when i went to pick my car up, watched two members of staff casually talking amongst themselves whilst i waited. When they finally brough my keys, they were the wrong keys and paperwork so i gave my details again.

Fantastic service. Swift replies to messages. I had no idea about the 'Bumper' payment option until Sam discussed it with me. I decided to have all the recommended works carried out, rather than staggering the works which saved me time and money.

Displeased, the service was conducted in the morning, then at around 1 i recieved the FREE vehicle check where everything was okay, to be told after 4 that it had failed the MOT due to a chip on the windscreen. WHY not do the MOT this was missleading

Customer service representative was great. 10 out of 10 for him. but the technicians who worked on the car were not so good, nor was the valet team you used. Car leaking oil has stained my drive and my brakes were dangerous after collecting car.

I turned up on the wrong day and they managed to rearrange things and get me in still, the guy I was dealing with went above and beyond to help resolve the mistake i had made.

I went to fix my ceiling blinder. I had it fixed and paid 1200, however, I lost another function which was fine when the blinder machine was broken. This was the one touch button functionality. Now, I need the car to be checked again and pay more.
