My Nextbase dashcam was left disconnected which I wasn't made aware of resulting in it not working for a number of days before I noticed and rectified it. This would have been disastrous in the event of an accident during that period.

When I booked the recall I was told the work would be completed in 90 minutes. I confirmed the appointment one week ahead to be told it would take 2hrs. On arrival I was told it would take 2.5hrs, but I could save 30 mins by not having the car washed

Service is pretty poor since Sytner took over the dealership. Really poor communication, repeated phone calls chasing people to phone me back etc. Dropped car off at 8.30 so they could start early, but they didn't touch my car until the end of day.

Everything was completed as expected. No issues to report. Very satisfied. One area for improvement (and this is NOT a complaint). I recognise the car washing is complementary but it is patchy at times with body panels not washed at all).

The removal of the office spaces has adversely impacted the experience of a waiting appointment as it is more difficult to make calls etc especially if the content is sensitive. This change will reduce flexibility in appointments for me in future.

My 2 hour service lasted nearly three hours. It only needed an oil change. The time was taken up by a valet that my car didn't really need. I'll know in future. I had contact with 3 disinterested "service advisors" whose names I don't remember.

Staff were very polite but car not ready after routine service and MOT until after 5.30pm despite being dropped off before 9am. Minor kerb damage on one wheel reported but no mention of damage to lacquer caused by your jet wash when cleaning the car
