Stuart was very courteous; efficient; clear; kept me in touch with how it was going (I stayed for duration.) Walked with me to the car and because of an issue booked me in for a later appt. Well looked after with coffee by a pleasant young lady.

Wait time on arrival exceeded 15 mins despite registering the vehicle online in advance. After asking to speak with the service manager were we able to check our vehicle in for service. In fairness the service manager corrected matters once escalated

Car service was fine, courtesy clean was unsatisfactory. car wasn't cleaned properly on the inside. The courtesy car I had was dirty from use day before and broke down on the way back to garage. Seemed like the garage was aware of the issue the car

Having seen the problem with the computer system, the branch rose to the challenge of getting the MOT done after nominal closing time. The young lady who interfaced with me was very polite, apologetic, and professional.

I made the service appointment having been told that my car needed a brake fluid change at a cost of about £90 and a wait of a couple of hours. When the key was read on arrival this became a major service costing £481 and a 4 hour wait.

Not long after collecting the car I noticed the offside rear window doesn't automatically lower completely unlike the near side one does. This too should have been noted and corrected before point of sale but as with the wheel key wasn't.

2 reasons 1. Today you sent me a reminder to do this survey. You hadn't previously asked me to do it! 2. Because I am a 24/7 carer I booked a 2 hour service which actually took 4 hours. This was a big problem
