Excellent customer service during my visit. My only gripe is when trying to book in the visit. It's not possible to speak with a representative, the options being voice mail, web (no real option to book a fault investigation) & WhatsApp (no reply)

Displeased, the service was conducted in the morning, then at around 1 i recieved the FREE vehicle check where everything was okay, to be told after 4 that it had failed the MOT due to a chip on the windscreen. WHY not do the MOT this was missleading

Customer service representative was great. 10 out of 10 for him. but the technicians who worked on the car were not so good, nor was the valet team you used. Car leaking oil has stained my drive and my brakes were dangerous after collecting car.

I went to fix my ceiling blinder. I had it fixed and paid 1200, however, I lost another function which was fine when the blinder machine was broken. This was the one touch button functionality. Now, I need the car to be checked again and pay more.
