Richard Copson phoned due to an event, we made an appointment and we saw our vehicle in all it's glory in the showroom. We fell in love with the car and as Richard di us such an outstanding deal and was so approachable and human we bought it that day

The salesperson that we dealt with most was Will Garner, he was attentive and informative, nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain everything regarding the total workings of the vehicle and said to call if we need further help.

The pickiness of booking a date. I was being told to book a service on my dashboard for a month or so. But then found I couldn't have the service until an exact date. Then heavy messages of consequences of not having a service for 3 days.
